Rapid growth in our client’s business, and a major acquisition, were placing its communications network under severe strain. The need to connect a global organisation together, using a combination of network services that had not been designed for that purpose, had resulted in an interim solution that introduced serious limitations and repeated failures.

The PA team reviewed the existing networks, analysed and documented the current and future requirements, and recommended a strategic approach to establishing a single wide area network for the organisation. PA then led a procurement process from start to finish, including facilitating the evaluation of the solutions proposed by suppliers to determine which one provided the best fit for the client’s environment.

The outcome for the client was a much improved network that could support the day to day worldwide operations of the new single entity far more effectively.
